New Patient Registration

We would like to extend a warm welcome to new patients who live within our practice area.

As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice, all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire before consultation with the doctor.

We offer a wide range of medical services to all our patients. You may be entitled to free GP care under the General Medical Services (GMS) Scheme. Due to the large medical list we care for under the GMS scheme , our GMS practice list is at times temporarily frozen to allow adequate care . GP Visit Card Under 6s

We participate in the GP Visit Card Under 6s scheme. Please contact us to confirm that we are still in a position to accept further registrations.
